This article is for Affiliate Program Managers: Interested in increasing the amount of revenue that each of your affiliates creates for your business? Read on to learn about how to use your existing articles to grow your affiliate program strength.

From an affiliate perspective, there are only a few 'deal breaker' type things that I insist any affiliate program that I join must provide me:
Real-time reporting statistics

Real-time email alerts upon each sale

Payment on a consistent monthly basis

High price-point products

Package of articles that I can reprint on my websites and ezines

One strategy that many newbie affiliate program designers fail to offer is a package of articles that can be reprinted on my website along with my unique affiliate link. Of the tens of thousands of dollars I'll do this year as an affiliate, you would be shocked at how much of the revenue comes directly from reprinting articles of the affiliate programs I am involved in. This strategy works for me and it can work for you!

Here's what to do:
Designate 10, 25, 50, 75 or 100 articles that will be made available to your affiliates as a dump (meaning all at once and immediately).
Provide them with 3-10 articles per month thereafter that they can reprint along with their affiliate link.
Be certain to spell out the reprint rights of this type of affiliate article marketing so that your articles don't show up on bad websites you wouldn't want to associate with.

Here's what NOT to do:
Allow your articles to be private labeled. This is a poor strategy and will dilute your credibility. They should carry your name or the name of your primary author brand.
Don't give out all of your articles for your affiliates to use. Best to designate a specific "lot" of them that can be used by your affiliates and the rest are yours to keep exclusively for your direct sales audience.

Why this type of article marketing is important for affiliate program managers and affiliates:

Articles are like "sales agents" in that they keep selling for you, day after day, year after year. They also help expand your reach as each article gets indexed by the major search engines. Lastly, they give you another reason to send an email to your list members about the articles available.

This is a credibility builder for the affiliate program manager and it's a "Give" before the "Take" which begins the reciprocation cycle in a positive direction.

Note For Affiliates Who Use Articles To Promote Their Affiliate Programs:

Some sites (like ours at http://EzineArticles.com/ ) don't accept articles that promote affiliate programs, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't go find other sites that do accept articles that promote affiliate program links. I really meant this article to speak directly to affiliate program managers and not the needs of affiliate marketers.

To save you the trouble of sending me an email to ask why EzineArticles.com doesn't accept articles that promote affiliate programs, there are three reasons:

1) Because we don't accept articles that are available on a non-exclusive basis (meaning we only want to see original or exclusive licensed content) and...

2) Because affiliate marketers are not our ideal author profile type and...

3) Because most ezine publishers don't want to reprint articles that pitch an affiliate link. One of the primary purposes of our site is to be a resource for ezine publishers to find supplemental content for their next email newsletter.

With that said, there are plenty of competitor article sites that will allow you to submit your affiliate-link-laced articles, not to mention listing them on your own website.
Bottom line: If you offer an affiliate program to promote your products and services, consider immediately offering a package of articles that your affiliates can add to their website or send to their email newsletter lists to further promote your business.

There are thousands upon thousands of people who are achieving success through network marketing or MLM. Many of these network marketers have been making a serious income for years -- but their success is not based solely on the number of years they have been in the network marketing industry.

Of course, the longer you are involved, the more money you can make. But it takes a lot more than just time. It also takes more than a great product line and a great MLM company (crucial as these factors may be!). It takes sheer determination and a conviction, a belief in yourself that you will succeed.

A logical question to ask, however, is, "How do I find the conviction I need to succeed in my network marketing business when I'm new to the business and have not yet sponsored anybody?"

No matter what we decide to do in life, we will never excel at anything unless we have the willingness to learn and the right training to teach us. This willingness and drive come from the courage you have in your own convictions; your certitude that you have made the right decision.

Let's talk about feeling secure, or security, for a moment. First of all, let me state that you will never find conviction, you will never find security, and you will never feel secure, if you look for these outside of yourself. There isn't anything else. So don't look outside. Don't look for an upline or a downline to give you security. Don't look to the MLM company or a new release of products for security. That's not where security lies.

Now, there is something that does foster security -- and that is ability. When you look at your results and you see that you are getting results, this confirms that you have made the right decision. Certainly receiving a healthy monthly paycheck absolutely confirms your decision every month!

So what do you do until you have made that first sponsor and you're making some money, or enough money to justify your decision? Well, until such time, the only thing you can actually focus on is the decision.

Security is absolutely about two things: Your decision to be successful and your undying commitment to learning.

Job security belongs to a different age and a different mindset and does not exist in the company that you work for. Network marketing success is not dependent on one particular company (yes, some are more successful than others). The only thing you can ever be secure about is your drive to be successful and your conviction that you will be.

Furthermore, security is never guaranteed, even if you have been in the MLM business for a long time. Think about this for a second and you will realize why I am saying this. I'll say it again: Security is never guaranteed, even if you have been in the MLM business for a long time.

I have a lot of evidence to back up this fact since I know a number of people who have been in the network marketing business for a very long time, and they are no more secure about what they do than a person who started just a week ago.

So you will not find security just because you have been in the MLM business for a long time. The only place that you can ever find security is in your decision to be a success. And it is here where you find your conviction.

Okay. I have met a ton of people who have made the decision to work in network marketing. They're at every single meeting. Not with many guests -- but they're at every single meeting. Perhaps you have met some people like this too.

Applaud these people if you wish, for their sheer determination and persistence -- because they have made a decision not to quit. However, they have not made a decision to learn. What they have made is a decision that they will stick to over time -- but not a decision to improve. They will therefore not become more successful.

The only way to improve your success in your network marketing business is to work at it; train and study in your chosen area.

So, you find the conviction to succeed in your network marketing business by firstly making the decision to be successful. Secondly, you need to decide to follow the right training, and study the things you need to know in order to succeed. The ensuing results will clearly justify your decision, both through that check that comes in every month, and the realization that you are helping other people in the process. That is the anatomy of network marketing success.

BABIES HYGIENE

A baby is always a welcome addition to a family. A baby is called "a bundle of joy" because that is what truly a baby is: an unquestionably reason of celebration and joy in any home. Along with babies are the many and special considerations of baby grooming to consider. This can cause anxiety to first time parents dealing with their first born with regard to the delicate baby hygiene.

A child's natural immune system needs occasional contact with germs in order to function well. Newborns are given some protection through the antibodies they get from breastfeeding. This is not enough however, to protect a baby from every germ that will be encountered in their young, fragile life. A germ encountered for the first time may cause a baby to be ill.

It is important to practice baby hygiene to keep babies happy and healthy. Special care and attention given to certain areas such as the umbilical cord or circumcision are part of maintaining good baby hygiene to ward off infections. Aside from your discussions with your baby's health care provider, below are basic instructions for baby hygiene.

Body and Hair

A newborn baby doesn't necessitate daily bath. Repeated washing of the baby's skin can make it dry more so in the winter. Experts advise two to three times per week bathing and that it is best to sponge bath babies until umbilical cord and circumcision areas have completely healed. Face and diaper area however, are very important part that require frequent washing.

By the time your baby learns how to crawl, it is important to give the hands and feet extra attention where hygiene is concerned. Bathing may also be increased to daily as they get more and more active. Gentle formulas are best for washing baby's hair especially those that come in tear-free formulas.

Skin

It is not unusual to see baby's skin peel during the first few days but this is no reason for worry; it is not dryness that is causing it but the change it the surrounding. Use unscented and mild soap when washing your baby's skin so you don't cause any skin irritation to your baby.

Face

You might wonder if babies suffer from acne when you see small pimple-like appearance on your baby's face. This is normal. Just keep the skin moisturized by using mild and unscented lotion to help the condition which normally goes away on its own.

Nail

You will observe that compared to yours, your baby's nails are softer but do not ignore this. They may be soft but are sharp enough to scratch your baby's delicate skin so trim the nails down when your baby is asleep using scissors with blunt tip.

Summary

Baby hygiene is very important because this practice is something they will carry on in life. So start early not only to keep your child healthy but also as a good foundation and training so that they will adopt the habit as well. Your baby's lessons start with basic hygiene that is observed at home.
